This is Internal Practice by Amanda Rengetsu Haas Halim, a practice of teaching and sharing Yogic and Buddhist techniques and knowledge. These various offerings are practices for your own wellness and personal growth and for those who seek deeper guidance—may these support you on your path to more freedom and joy. I am so looking forward getting to know you—online and in-person!
Internal Practice, as Amanda calls her teaching approach, focuses on our individual place in life. Internal Practice is about discovering your own personal calm space from which to nourish, share and engage. It's a way of cultivating a very individual practice that goes beyond a one-size-fits-all approach. The act of practising involves establishing a routine that fosters personal growth and well-being. At its core, Internal Practice is about doing something for yourself and others at the same time. As individuals, we are all unique and have different needs, so it's important to find the practices that work best for each of us. The true essence of these practices is to be found within and this may not necessarily be visible to the outside world. At their core, these practices are ancient, not new inventions. Let's work together on this path!
