Establishing a personal daily practice
Prior: a discussion of your client intake form in 90min you’ll get the basic principles to start the journey of your personal practice routines and you’ll can incorporate those everyday. Even and especially if you’re lacking time. Five min a day can benefit your living quality already. Small adjustments go a long way. My approach is deeply rooted in a therapeutic meridian yoga. You will be given (depending on your goals and ailment) breathing exercises (Pranayama), movement and holding position (Asana), positive affirmations (Mantra), acupressure points to work with as focus points (Drsthi) and massage into, as well as other small therapeutic practices. Just give it a try.

Deepening your practice
Adjustments; in either 30, 60 or 90 min we will look at your routines, then change were needed and add and adjust the postures and breathing technics to specify your personal practice. This is aimed at everyone who already keeps a daily practice and is looking for cues to establish an even more precise personal practice.
Classes are taught in German or English and can be in-person or online.
