CityZen is a gathering to explore and practice Zen meditations together and exchange our experiences. On Sunday, January 19, we will meet for a peaceful evening of sitting and walking together, exchanging our insights after the practice with a little tea and sweets ceremony.

This format is an ancient Buddhist practice brought to us by many ancestors and their respective adaptations to their current times and life circumstances. CityZen is created to match our urban lives in the challenging times of today.
Amanda Rengetsu Haas Halim (she/they)
Amanda Rengetsu is a lay Zen nun since over 20 years and will guide this practice of quiet and guided Zen meditations. Some meditations can be done sitting or laying down, others are done walking and even eating and drinking.

45+ CHF Supporter of scholarships
