About

With Internal Practice I emphasise subtle experiences. It describes my work as a student and guide of asana (embodied movement), pranayama (breath work) and meditation (stillness and concentration). Internal Practice includes yogic and Buddhist knowledge (dharma). Hatha, Vinyasa, Meridian, Yin Yoga, and Zen Buddhism are my main domains. I teach in person mainly in Basel and Berlin, and online from wherever you are.
